Carly Rae Jepsen admits her relationship is "hard work".
The Canadian singer, 27, has been dating musician Matthew Koma, 26, for 11 months but says she isn't very good at making sure she has enough time in her busy schedule to see him.
The 'Call Me Maybe' hitmaker told People.com: "It takes a lot of planning and organisation which, if you know me, are two of my least awesome skills.
"He's always like, 'Where are you going next week?' and I'll be like 'Oh, something with an M?'"
Despite struggling to coordinate their schedules, Carly insists she has a great relationship and she tries to see New York native Matthew once a week.
The couple were first spotted holding hands at a party in the Standard, East Village in New York City last August, just three months after Carly gushed about a previous boyfriend in an interview.
The petite popstar previously revealed that she falls hard and fast for men, and gets bored of them just as easily.
She said: "I fall in love very easily. It takes a lot for me to stay in love though. I don't hold on to things past their due date."
