Brett Rossi has filed a lawsuit claiming the 'Anger Management' star has caused her "emotional distress and negligence" by not telling her he was HIV positive when they began their intimate relationship in 2013.

Documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court state: "If Sheen had disclosed to the Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, the Plaintiff never would have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred."

Brett's legal team are also claiming that Charlie's lawyers tried to settle the matter out of court by offering to pay $1 million by December 2.

However, she alleges that following his tell all interview last month, he claimed she had breached their agreement, which she refutes, and decided against signing the settlement documents.

Meanwhile, the 50-year-old actor is reportedly asking for $10 million to release a memoir.

A source said: "When Charlie starred in 'Two and a Half Men', it was a funny comedy, but the idea of $10 million is even funnier.

"So much of his life has played out in public, and so much is sordid - in this case there may be too much information. What's left to find out?"
