Cheryl Cole's new boyfriend is teaching her how to speak French.
The former Girls Aloud singer, who is from Newcastle in North England, is dating Frechman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini who has been teaching her a few phrases.
He told The Sun newspaper: "My English is better than her French but I teach her the words. Mainly the bad words! She teaches me the Geordie."
The hunk went along to the 'Britain's Got Talent' final recently to watch the 30 year old beauty perform her new track 'Crazy Stupid Love' and gushed about her backstage.
He said: "She is amazing. It was good to see her performing. I was proud. Impressed? Yes -- very, very impressed."
The couple started dating over a month ago, before making it official at Cannes Film Festival and it is said the former Girls Aloud singer is delighted to be in a relationship with Jean.
A source said: "She's really happy. They're an item and Cheryl is ready to find love again. After a difficult few years, she wants to get back out there and start having some fun. Things are going brilliantly in her professional life - she has a new song out soon and can't wait to return to 'The X Factor'. But at the end of the day she wants to be in a relationship because that is what will make her really happy."
Meanwhile, the video for Cheryl's new single also premiered yesterday, with the singer twerking like Miley Cyrus while being watched by a troupe of dancers in a warehouse.
The promo features Tinie Tempah and the track will be released on July 20.
