The burlesque icon, 51, played the pop superstar's fairy godmother in a retelling of the classic fairytale 'Cinderella' for her music video for 'Bejeweled' and taught her some moves performing in giant cocktail glasses - and she was blown away by how keen Taylor, 34, was for her to "showcase" her talent.

Speaking on the 'Allison Interviews' podcast, she was quizzed on who the best artist she has worked with is, to which Dita replied: “The best experience was Taylor.

“She’s really, like, a kind girl. She knew everything about what I do.

“She wanted to not just have me be behind the scenes teaching her to be, you know, in my glass.

“She wanted to showcase what I do."

By contrast, 'Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel, 53, was her worst celebrity collaborator.

She spilled: “Guess what? She didn’t show up for rehearsal!

I was like, ‘Why am I at rehearsal? I don’t need to rehearse. I can do this blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back.’

Then we did it live on camera, and I was like, ‘You’re on your own.'”

'Bejeweled' featured on Taylor's 2022 LP 'Midnights'.

Meanwhile, The National's Aaron Dessner, 47, who recorded with Taylor on her 2020 LPs ‘Evermore’ and ‘Folklore’, recently shared how impressed he was by her in the studio.

He said: "When I sent Taylor the music for 'Willow' — I think she wrote the entire song from start to finish in less than 10 minutes. It was like an earthquake."

Ed Sheeran also values his working relationship and friendship with Taylor because she understands what it's like to be him, and vice-versa.

The 32-year-old star first worked with Taylor when they duetted on ‘Everything Has Changed’ from her 2012 LP 'Red'. The pair also collaborated on 'End Game' from her 2017 album 'Reputation', and 'The Joker and the Queen' from Ed's 2021 LP 'Equals'.

He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I have long, long, long conversations with Taylor about stuff just because I feel like she’s one of the only people that actually truly understands where I’m at because she’s solo artist, she’s stadiums.”
