The 40-year-old star - better known as Baby Spice - has discussed the plans for their 20th-anniversary celebration and revealed that Victoria wouldn't mind if Mel C, Mel B, Geri Horner and herself got back together to perform, but Emma admitted it "wouldn't be the same" with her absent.

She said: "Obviously, it would be very different doing it as a four, and it wouldn't be the same. But we all speak and we know that Victoria is so supportive - always has been and always will be."

Meanwhile, she also put to bed rumours that Mel C wants nothing to do with a reunion excluding Posh.

She told The Sun Newspaper: "I speak to Mel C all the time and she feels exactly the same as us. Which is that [the anniversary] should be celebrated in some way."

The blonde beauty said that a get-together is likely to happen and the only problem is the logistics of getting everyone in the same room as they all have their own careers and families now.

Of the possible reunion, she said: "It is being discussed, and I think it's something that we would like to do. It's just getting everything together and being organised, which is harder now. You know, having children and all of us have our own careers...but we would like to do something."

Emma's comments come after Geri, 43, revealed herself and Mel B agreed "there has to be" something done to mark two decades as the biggest girl group of the 90s.

She said: "There was a conversation this morning with Mel B and we were both saying there has to be something. I'd like something to happen."
