Emma Stone will officially make her Broadway debut in 'Cabaret.'

The 'Amazing Spider-Man' actress has signed on to take over the lead role of Sally Bowles from Michelle Williams in the New York production and will take to the stage for the first time on November 11.

The Roundabout Theatre Company confirmed the 25-year-old star will star opposite Alan Cumming "for a limited time only."

News that Emma was in talks to fill the position after Michelle's contract comes to an end first started swirling earlier this month.

A production spokesperson previously said: "[Emma is] in negotiations to make her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles in 'Cabaret' on Broadway."

The actress was originally in discussions for the production in April 2013, but was unable to accept the part because of her movie commitments.

The musical is currently scheduled to run until March 29, 2015.

Emma recently admitted working in improvised theatre as a child helped her overcome crippling anxiety.

She said: "The reason I went into my job is because it gives you an outlet for all these emotions. My first-grade teacher put me in my first play because I had the jazz hands in me. A year later, I had my first panic attack. I mean, I had really, really bad anxiety as a kid, and improv (improvisation) was kind of my saviour."
