The 'Celebrity Big Brother' host - who already has daughter Isabelle, six, and son Ace, four, with husband Matt Willis - is expecting her third child but won't be using that as an excuse to slow down.

She said: "I'm trying to stay as active as I can during this pregnancy, not just because it makes me feel good but I hope it'll help me and the baby.

"Just because I am pregnant doesn't mean I have to change."

And Emma, 39, understands the benefits of working out during her pregnancy for after she's given birth.

Her trainer, Rob Solly, said: "Emma's got the main 'Big Brother' coming up in the summer and she'll want to look good for that, she understands staying in shape now will really help her once she's had the baby.' "

And getting to grips with her changing shape won't be a problem for 'The Voice' presenter thanks to Rob's training methods.

He told BANG Showbiz: "We work on strength so she won't struggle too much as her bump gets bigger."
