Eva Longoria's future stepchildren are a "gift".
The 40-year-old actress got engaged to José 'Pepe' Bastón earlier this month and she is thrilled to be also welcoming his three kids, Natalie, 20 and 12-year-old Mariana and Jose - who he has with ex-wife Natalia Esperón - into her life.
She said: "They've been such a gift in my life."
Though the 'Desperate Housewives' star worries "time is running out" for her to have a child of her own, she won't be too upset if she never has a baby because she is already so "fulfilled" by her life.
She told People magazine: "I should be thinking about [children], but I feel like my life is full.
"I don't feel like we are lacking because we don't have a baby. We are fulfilled. If there is anything else to come, it would be icing on the cake."
Eva - who was previously married to Tyler Christopher and Tony Parker and dated Eduardo Cruz and Ernesto Arguello - recently described the TV president as the "first grown-up" she has dated.
She said: "I want to yell from the highest mountaintop about everything that goes on with us because I'm so happy and excited to be with a person as kind as Pepe is.
"He is probably one of the first men I've dated that has been older and established and, basically, a grown-up.
"It is so nice to be arm-in-arm with someone who is your equal."
