The 35-year-old television and radio presenter has taken to social media to reach out to all of those living in the area where she used to reside and have been affected by the huge blaze at Grenfell Tower in Latimer Road, Notting Hill, in the early hours of Wednesday (14.06.17) morning, which has reportedly killed six people.

Speaking in a heartfelt post, which has been shared on her Instagram account, the blonde-haired beauty wrote: "Watching the news with a heavy heart.

"Sending so many prayers and so much love to all those involved in the west London fire. The tower is a stones throw from my old house so I'm, sending so much love to a local community who I know will pull together and help those in need. (sic)."

The fashion muse - who has 21-month-old daughter Honey, and Rex, four, with her husband Jesse Wood - has praised London's fire service for risking their own lives to save others who may still be in the building.

The post continued: "Huge respect to the fire fighters who are still risking their lives to get as many people out as possible. Love and prayers (sic)."
