The 'America's Got Talent' judge adores the No Doubt singer's bold looks, bright red lips and Japanese influenced style and would love to emulate it.
She said: "I love Gwen Stefani's style. She is bold and fearless and always looks put together."
Heidi also revealed she can't live without Louboutin heels for dressing up and sneakers to wear during the day.
She told Life & Style magazine: "I can't live without my Louboutins, the higher the better. When I'm not in heels, I can't living without New Balance sneakers from my own HKNB collection."
Heidi is not the only star to pay tribute to Gwen's style, as singer Rita Ora also bases her look on the star.
She said: "I love Gwen Stefani. She's so cool and her style is amazing. Clearly I'm influenced by her red lips and blonde hair! She's one of my idols. I love her a lot, and I'll wear the comparison high on my shoulder."
