Iggy Azalea has announced that her and Hefe Wine are getting a divorce, however she had no idea that they had tied the knot.
Hefe Wine filed for divorce after he told the press that they had agreed to get married after living in Texas together. In Texas things are a little different- the law states that man and woman can be considered married if they live together for some time and if they have agreed that one day they will get married.
This is not the only hold he has over Iggy, just last month he announced that he has a sex tape of her, he said they "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008."
Iggy’s representative said that she didn’t agree to this and it all happened conveniently after payday.
If a judge recognised the marriage given where they were at the time, the he will be able to take her for half of everything she owns.
Iggy has recently filed a lawsuit against him saying that he illegally downloaded the contents of her computer while they were an item; however she has refrained from saying anything about the sex tape.
Hefe is supposed to have tried to sell the sex tape for a seven figure sum. She told her recent crowd of fans that she had had ‘one hell of a week’ and that she was grateful for their support to help her through.
