It's that time of the month again: our celebrity gossip column is here. 2021 was filled with messy breakups, surprising romances, and a few adorable babies. But 2022 has been quiet so far; perhaps our favourite celebs have finally learned to behave themselves?
Just kidding – they're probably still hungover from New Year celebrations.
Thankfully, we still have a little gossip to share with you. Here's all the excitement from January 2022...
Tom Holland and Zendaya have moved in together!
If there's one couple we love to see, it's Tom and Zendaya. They're just two twenty-somethings trying to live their best life in a multi-million-pound home. What's wrong with that?
Well, it turns out the two stars have just bought their first place together in Tom's hometown, Kingston upon Thames, London. It's a £3 million property with six bedrooms and his parents nearby.
Tom has previously spoken about his struggles with fame. He recently said: "I've always been really adamant to keep my private life private because I share so much of my life with the world anyway."
He went on to say he doesn't like to talk about his relationship without Zendaya present, explaining: "I've always been really adamant to keep my private life private, because I share so much of my life with the world anyway."
Basically, he's respectful, adoring and rich. Congrats Zendaya, you caught a good one.
Adele cancelled her gigs and the media went wild
Let's get one thing straight. Many artists have cancelled their shows, festivals and tours in the last few months. Some artists even caught COVID themselves. It's pretty difficult to put a show together when there is a global pandemic.
Adele announced she would be postponing the first gig of her Las Vegas residency just hours before it was due to start. Half of her team had caught coronavirus, there were delivery delays and “it just wasn’t ready.” Many fans had already flown to Vegas, booked a hotel and spent a lot of money on the gig. The Hello singer made the announcement in a heartfelt video, with tears streaming down her face.
A few days later, she cancelled her performance at the BRITs and sent the event organisers into a frenzy. Piers Morgan called the award-winning singer "another staggeringly rich, privileged, prima donna", but what else should we expect from the man who slings verbal abuse any woman's way when they act unaccording to his unachievable standards?
In summary, Adele cancelled her gig, and everyone had something to say about it. Is she a privileged prima donna, or just a woman trying to do her best?
Selling Sunset's Vanessa Villela is engaged!
Vanessa joined the hit Netflix show, Selling Sunset, in the fourth season – and now, she's engaged.
The new reality star became the friend and ally of show villain, Christine Quinn. However, Vanessa only managed to film half of the show's subsequent season due to long COVID.
Anyways, back to the juicy stuff. Her partner, Tom Fraud, planned the ultimate romantic proposed at the Griffith Observatory. She announced their engagement on Instagram, writing, "Two souls one heart! I SAID YESSSSSS."
She went on to say: "One year ago, I met the man of my dreams, the one makes my heart skip every time, the man that makes me better in every single way, the man that I respect, adore, admire, and love with all my heart.
"You came into my life when I least expected it, and you came to make my dreams come true. Our love story is like a movie, and you are my prince!!
"You are my best friend, my man, my pajaro, my hero, my everything."
It's safe to say Vanessa is absolutely buzzing to be engaged.
It might have been a slow start to the year, but the celebrity gossip scene is already heating up. Who knows, maybe Kim K and Pete will be engaged by the end of the year - or Megan Fox and MGK will officially tie the knot.
