The reality TV star and her husband Hank Baskett are parents to Hank Jr, five, and Alijah, 10 months, but they are planning permanent steps to ensure they don't have more children as they want to focus their attention on their two kids and getting their marriage back on track, after a transsexual model accused Hank of cheating on his wife with her last year.

Kendra said: "We're deciding if he's getting snipped or I'm tying my tubes.

"We want to dedicate every second to these two and give them all the love we can and move on - because we need to make it about us again."

Kendra admits she came incredibly close to ending her marriage over the infidelity claims - which Hank has denied - but she is glad she had the "patience" to stick with their relationship.

She said: "100 per cent [I thought we would separate]. I was almost a signature away from signing him off. I was looking at houses, mentally splitting our money, it was crazy, there was almost a higher power. I had patience and I'm glad I did."

While Hank has sought therapy in a bid to get the couple's marriage back on track, the 'Kendra On Top' star thinks she also has a lot of work to do.

She added to OK! magazine: "Hank is the most amazing person. He's my best friend and he's doing great.

"He's going to therapy. I'm the one that needs a lot of work.

"I need to start loving myself and then bring confidence to the relationship. I've been told I['m suffering from a bit of post-traumatic stress. But we're starting afresh. Back at square one."
