Art dealer Kenny Goss has given a series of interviews about the star to The Sun newspaper, in which he discussed the 'Careless Whisper' hitmaker's drug taking, the late singer's recent funeral and his infamous arrest for lewd conduct in a Beverly Hills public toilet, and though he has received donations to the Goss-Michael Foundation he and his former partner - who he split up from in 2011 after 15 years together - set up together, the 'Faith' singer's devoted supporters are unimpressed by his disclosures.

One fan wrote on Twitter: "Kenny I understand that you wanted to do it for charity but some things should stay private. And George's private business should stay that.

"We will help you with the charity as much as possible. But PLEASE KEEP our Gorgeous George's private business PRIVATE. ""THANKS"" (sic)"

Another fan slammed: "Shut up Kenny Goss. Loyalty not something yr familiar with. Sad that George died alone. Where were u (sic)"

One furious fan wrote: "@KennyGoss Disgusting, you have betrayed George in the worst possible way. You couldn't leave people with all positive memories? (sic)"

In one interview, Kenny told of how he would flush George's drugs down the toilet in a bid to get him to clean up his act.

He said: "I would find drugs and flush everything down the toilet, thinking, 'If I just get rid of it, he won't get more'. He was absent-minded, so would just think he'd lost them.

"I don't think George necessarily thought he'd die young, but every time I looked into his eyes I thought, 'My God I'm losing you, what is going on.'"

When the pair first met, George - who died on Christmas Day (25.12.17) - only smoked a small amount of dope but Kenny insists he never saw the singer take "hardcore drugs"

He added: "That was a gateway drug to the others. But it escalated. At one point he was smoking 25 joints a day. I saw him smoke weed all the time but never hardcore drugs.

"I heavily disapproved so he wouldn't be around me in that state. He shielded me and his family. He had another group of friends he'd do that with ... When I confronted him, he never denied it, never apologised. He was hard on me about drinking, because I developed a problem."
