The 42-year-old star got engaged to fitness instructor Ryan, 40, in August 2020 after two years of dating but has such a hectic schedule going on into next year that she is looking forward to getting intimate with her partner at the end of this week during a rare bit of time off.

On Tuesday (18.10.22), she said: "I'm back-to-back with work from next week. I don't have a day off until next year! It's crazy, but I appreciate being busy and I know I'm fortunate to be working. I do have a bit of time off this weekend, so and Ryan are going to a spa. It's not going to be very relaxing though, as it's going to be a sex fest for us! We haven't spent any quality time together in weeks. He recently got back from his lads' trip to Ibiza - and brought Covid with him! So we've been keeping apart and sleeping in different bedrooms until he recovered. It'll be nice to be back in bed together and I'm looking forward to some 'us' time.

Meanwhile, the former Atomic Kitten singer - who has children Molly, 21, Lilly-Sue, 19, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 15, and Max, 14, with second spouse Mark Croft and Dylan Jorge, eight, with George Kay - explained that she has "anxiety" about her own death, after the news that Khloe Kardashian's tumour removal prompted memories of her own cancer scare.

Writing in her new! magazine column, she said: "Khloé Kardashian has revealed that she required immediate surgery following a cancer scare after finding a lump on her cheek. She says that the doctors were able to successfully remove it and her margins are now clear.

It's so important to get these things checked out. I found a lump on my armpit last year and feared the worst. Thankfully, everything turned out to be OK, but that scare increased my health anxiety and it's what started my fear over death. That's the very first time I realised I have no control over when I die. I'm a very controlling person, so it scares me a lot."
