Khloé Kardashian has cancelled a book signing due to stress.

The 31-year-old reality TV star, whose new fitness and wellness release 'Strong Looks Better Naked' hit shelves earlier this month, was due to host a meet and greet with fans at Barnes & Nobel in Houston, Texas later today (18.11.15), but has scrapped the appearance on the advice of her doctors.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty revealed she has been struck down with a mystery illness on Twitter, writing: "Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I'm sick & dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong (sic).
"I'll be going for more testing today. I'm very sorry again. Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves."
Khloé axed a string of appearances to promote her book last month after her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, was hospitalised after being found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada following a drugs and alcohol binge.
While the former LA Lakers player, 36, is no longer on life support, she recently admitted he still has a long way to go before he is fully recovered.
She said: "His kidneys are recovered and all of his organs are pretty much recovered. It's more his brain is still affected and physically he has to learn how to walk again and he is learning how to feed himself again.
"All those normal things we take for granted every day and it's a really long road and it's going to take a long time. People hear he's off machines and they're like, 'Oh great, he's going to be running out of there.' That's not the case but I'm so blessed on the progress of where he is and I know he'll get there, it's just going to take [time]."
