The reality TV stars have been accused of backing out of a deal to represent their line of make-up, while the company has also asked a judge to block the sisters from speaking negatively of Haven, according to the gossip website TMZ.

Haven has based its eye-watering payout claim on the strength of some supposedly damaging remarks the sisters made as they allegedly performed a U-turn on their agreement.

This comes after Kim recently blasted Taylor Swift for "playing the victim" over the lyrics featured in her husband Kanye West's song 'Famous'.

In the tune, Kanye uses the lyrics "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex".

However, the 35-year-old beauty has insisted Taylor approved the song and hit out at the star for blasting it.

Referring to a recent GQ interview in which she slammed Taylor, Kim said: "I never talk s**t about anyone publicly, especially in interviews. But I was just like I had so had it. I just felt like I wanted to defend him in it because it's like, she legitimately said, 'As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I'm gonna tell all the press. Like I was in on it.'

"And you know, just another way to play the victim. It definitely got her a lot of attention the first time. I just don't think he should be punished for it still to this day."

Kanye and the blonde beauty had previously publicly feuded after he interrupted her during her MTV VMA Awards acceptance speech in 2009 to insist Beyonce should have won.
