The 25-year-old star achieved international fame when she starred in the vampire romance film franchise at just 17-years-old and admits it has its positives and negatives.

Speaking in The Hollywood Reporter's Awards Chatter podcast, she said: "I did 'Twilight' when I was 17. It came out when I was 18 and my life was never even remotely the same.

"[It was] a huge lifestyle shift. A whole lot of other baggage - really heavy and really cool baggage - came along with it."

Meanwhile, the 'Still Alice' actress previously revealed she would be "interested" in doing another sequel.

She shared: "I was so genuinely, heavily entrenched in that, and not in a way that felt like an obligation. Even though after the first one, which stood alone, it lasted a long time. It's hard to speak to a five-year period in a few sentences, but I loved doing it.

"But that doesn't mean I want to keep doing it. But if other people? Yeah, sure. To be honest with you: I would be interested. I'd be kind of fascinated, but it wouldn't emotionally affect me one way or the other."
