Kylie Jenner cut her hair short because she is "stressed" with all the drama in her family in 2013.
Kylie Jenner16, has been through a lot in 2013, with her mother Kris Jenner and father, Bruce Jenner splitting after 22 years of marriage and the breakdown of her stepsister, Khloe Kardashian's marriage to Lamar Odom, and she decided cutting her hair was a good way of letting go.
In a video posted on Keek.com Kylie says: "I just feel like there was a lot of stress I needed to let go, so I chopped it off.
"I actually love my hair. I'm cutting more off tomorrow. I'm going a little lighter, because I feel like it. But I love my hair way better short."
The video - in which Kylie answers a number of fans questions, but avoids ones about dating - comes a day after she posted a racy photo on Instagram with a cryptic message saying: "my monogamy it bothers you. (sic)"
Kylie has been linked to 15-year-old actor Jayden Smith, but has denied they are dating on numerous occasions.
