The 'Million Reasons' hitmaker made the sweet gesture to the 35-year-old singer, who announced earlier this week that her and her husband Jay Z were expanding their family, but refused to confirm whether Beyonce would be making an appearance during Gaga's half-time show at the Super Bowl on Sunday (05.02.17).

Speaking to reporters at the Super Bowl Halftime Press Conference in Houston, Texas, she simply said: "Beyonce's very inspiring, and gives great advice."

Beyonce famously stole the show from headliners Coldplay at last year's event, when she performed her new single 'Formation' to the excited crowds.

Speaking at the time, she said: "It felt great. It makes me proud [but] the best part was seeing Coldplay, for me, because I was able to watch from the back."

Meanwhile, well wishes have flooded in for Beyonce after she announced her pregnancy news on Instagram.

Captioning a picture of her baring her bourgeoning baby bump, she wrote: "We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters (sic)"

And in messages of support for Beyonce and Jay Z, Rihanna said: "so excited about this news!!!! Congratulations to you @Beyonce and my big brother Jay!!!! (sic)"

Model Hailey Baldwin shared: "I feel like I'm more excited for Beyoncé to be pregnant than I will be for my own child."

And Beyonce's pal Chrissy Teigen wrote on Twitter: "But really. Congrats to my best friend Beyonce I love you so much. Hive forever. (sic)"
