The 'Glee' actor, who was investigated for alleged possession of child pornography in December 2015, has taken to twitter for the first time in three months following the incident - despite being totally savvy having previously posted numerous selfies - although he has avoided speaking about his legal woes.

The 33-year-old, who played Noah "Puck" Puckerman in the comedy TV show, captioned a photo with his friends on Sunday (06.03.16), which said: "Always a good time with @ceearsali and @jessicasavano #homies"

The singer-songwriter's home in California was raided by the Los Angeles Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force unit last year after news that he supposedly held indecent images on his devices, which were consequently seized. But Mark was released after posting £14,000 bail.

However, just four days prior to the star's retreat from the public eye, after being taken to custody, he uploaded his last picture of him kissing his pet squirrel on Christmas Day (25.12.15).

The post read: " Merry Christmas from Gerbie and I".
