Owen Wilson is to be a father for a second time as the comedy actor is expecting a baby with Swedish-born ballerina Caroline Lindqvist.
The 44-year-old actor is expecting a child with married Swedish-born ballerina Caroline Lindqvist, 42.
Lindqvist filed for divorce from her husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ritu Chopra, in May and she is believed to have been living separately from her spouse for over a year.
A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Caroline broke the news to Owen this past May shortly after confirming that he was the father. A few days later she filed for divorce from her husband."
According to the publication, Wilson met Lindqvist not long after his split from actress Kate Hudson and his 2007 suicide attempt.
Shortly after they met, the comic actor hired Lindqvist to be his personal trainer and becoming close friends their relationship became a romantic one.
The new issue of America's Star magazine reports the pair's romance only began after Lindqvist had left her husband Chopra, but although the physician was aware his wife had moved on the news of the baby has still come as a huge shock to him.
A source said: "Ritu was completely blindsided by the news of Caroline's pregnancy."
'The Internship' star Wilson has a two-year-old son, Robert Wilson, with his ex-girlfriend Jade Duell. They split just five months after the tot was born in January 2011.
