Pamela Anderson has performed a U-turn on her decision to divorce Rick Salomon.

Pamela Anderson has decided against divorcing husband Rick Salomon for a second time.

The twice-married couple appeared to be heading for another divorce until Pamela, 47, filed a petition on August 21st requesting a judge ignores her earlier efforts to make their split official, People is reporting.

Pamela and Rick's relationship has been incredibly turbulent over the last eight months, with the former 'Baywatch' star telling Ellen DeGeneres in October that she and Salomon were "best friends with benefits".

In January they seemed to be a very happy couple, with Pamela revealing they had tied the knot for the second time.

But that didn't last as by July they looked set for the divorce courts once more, with Pamela citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their proposed split.

Now though in an apparent about turn they were recently spotted kissing in Malibu and it appears all is well between the couple once more.

Meanwhile, Pamela has refused to participate in the Ice Bucket Challenge in protest over the treatment of animals in scientific experiments.

She said: "Sorry, I can't bring myself to do your Ice Bucket Challenge.

"I enjoy a good dare, It's always good to bring awareness - in fun, creative ways, I don't want to take away from that. I thought instead, I'd challenge ALS to stop animal testing."
