Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wants women to "stop bashing" each other.

The 'Victoria's Secret' model thinks ladies should stick together and described herself as a "girl's girl".

She told Elle magazine: "I like the idea that it's time for women to stop bashing other women.

"Certain things have happened in the last few years that have humbled me and made me less judgemental of other women - particularly other women in my position ... I'm a real girl's girl and, the older I get, I become more pro women doing what they need to do to achieve their ambitions.

"We need to celebrate each other more - everybody fails and makes mistakes."

Rosie also insisted while models might have a reputation for being "cold", they have to learn to stick up for themselves in such a tough industry.

She said: "I can see why people think models come across as a little cold. When you start out you're so young you don't have a voice.

"Everyone just tells you what to do and you can end up abroad in the middle of nowhere, with no-one speaking English. It is very lonely... You develop a thick skin to protect yourself.

"Now I am 26, when I come on a set, I can say what I think and my opinions are noted. I've grafted hard to be here."
