Sharon Osbourne's estranged brother David Arden fears she could have done a lot of "damage" to herself with numerous cosmetic surgery procedures.

The 'Talk' host has undergone numerous procedures including a breast reduction, tummy tuck, neck lift and two facelifts, and though she has vowed not to go under the knife again, her brother David - who she hasn't spoken to since a family row seven years ago - is concerned at the extents she has gone to to alter her appearance.

He said: "Sometimes I look at pictures of Sharon now and she looks nothing like the sister I knew.

"By having gone under the knife, she's taken terrible gambles in order to look better. It's very sad, she could have done herself a lot of damage.

"She said she has stopped having surgery. I just hope she doesn't start doing it again."

David says Sharon, 61, has always been insecure about her appearance and particularly struggled with her weight as a teenager.

He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "As a teenager she battled with her weight. She always thought she was fat.

"She was a well-built girl but she wasn't fat. She was brought up in the era of Twiggy when everyone was really stick-thin.

"When she started to hit her teens she went through a bad stage. She has always had a problem with her image."

Sharon - who has adult children Aimee, Kelly and Jack with rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne - recently admitted she is "genuinely disturbed" by the amount of cosmetic surgery she has had.

She said: "Looking back now, I am genuinely disturbed by how many times I have been under the surgeon's knife in pursuit of a physical 'perfection' that does not exist."
