The 'Rack City' hitmaker is said to be concerned for the welfare of three-year-old King Cairo after the little boy's mother, his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna, was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance in Texas last week, and is now preparing to go to court to have their agreement changed.

According to TMZ, Tyga is keen to have his son live with him during the week and spend weekends with Blac as he believes he is the more responsible parent.

Blac has recently embarked on a relationship with Rob Kardashian but Tyga - who has an on/off relationship with the reclusive reality star's half-sister Kylie Jenner - is fine about her new romance as he thinks the sock designer is a "cool guy" and doesn't have a problem with him.

Following Blac's arrest at Austin International Airport, it was discovered in a police affidavit that officers discovered two white pills inside a sunglasses case and after testing they were revealed to be methylenedioxy-methamphetamine, known as ecstasy.

Police said she was "going from extremely angry, cursing at everyone then to crying" during the incident.
