Starring Parker Posey (Superman Returns), Paul Rudd (Over Her Dead Body), Mischa Barton (The O.C.) and Danny DeVito (The Good Night), and featuring neatly played cameos by Liza Minnelli (Arrested Development) and Heather Graham (Bobby),The Oh In Ohio is a smart and sassy romantic comedy about sex, satisfaction, spontaneity and the vagaries of love.Cleveland advertising executive Priscilla Chase (Posey) seems to have it all - a successful career, a beautiful house and the ideal husband in biology teacher Jack (Rudd). In fact, the only shortcoming in her life occurs in the bedroom, where a serious case of sexual dysfunction prevents her from experiencing the orgasmic 'Oh!' factor that would make her life perfect. Priscilla's problem eventually leads Jack to feelings of inadequacy, which he tempers with the odd sneaky beer while teaching class, before finally driving him to leave his wife and seek satisfaction and some much needed selfesteem via a fling with one of his high school students, the precocious Kristen (Barton). Her idyllic world shattered, Priscilla sets out to find a solution to her predicament, firstly by way of an unsuccessful trip to a therapist, then to an eccentric self-help guru (Minnelli) and, lastly, to Justine, a lesbian sex shop assistant whose advice helps her on her way to the previously elusive wonder of sexual gratification.

Her journey towards fulfilment also involves a local minor celebrity in the form of Wayne the Pool Guy (DeVito), through whom Priscilla discovers that happiness is sometimes found in the most unlikely places.

Described by The New York Times as a 'nice naughty indie full of unexpected pleasures' and by Variety as a comedy that 'blithely blurs the line between risqué and raunchy,'

The Oh In Ohio boasts a charming central performance by Parker Posey that helped earn the film the Audience Award for Best Feature at the Brooklyn International Film Festival.

The Oh In Ohio (cert. 15) will be released on DVD (£12.99) by Showbox Home Entertainment on 12th May 2008.
