David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach has been charged with driving under the influence following her arrest in California last month.
The actress was pulled over by police Van Nuys on 28 November and failed a breathalyser test.
The starts blood alcohol level was clocked at .14 and .13 and was charged on Thursday.
Bach's was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a BAC of .08 or higher.
She is also facing a lawsuit filed by an alleged victim of an earlier drink driving accident in March.
The starlet was sentenced to probation for the incident, after pleading no contest to drink driving. She faces a minimum of five days in jail if convicted of her latest charges.
