Actress Busy Philipps has given birth to a baby girl, her first child with screenwriter husband Marc Silverstein.The as-yet unnamed tot was born on Tuesday, weighing nine pounds and seven ounces.The 29-year-old Sarah Connor Chronicles star married Silverstein in 2007.
