Comic Dane Cook's half-brother to repay millions

Comic Dane Cook's half-brother Darryl McCauley has been ordered to pay back $12 million (£8m) after been convicted of embezzling millions of dollars from the comedian.

McCauley was arrested in December 2008 following accusations of forging a cheque to himself. In October 2010 was sentenced to between five and six years in prison for larceny, forgery and embezzlement.

McCauley who was the funnyman's business manager for almost five years has been ordered to repay the massive sum by the Massachusetts attorney general's office.
