Tracey Edmonds has denied her relationship with Eddie Murphy has ended, insisting the pair are "very happy" together. Murphy was named as the father of Spice Girl Melanie Brown's two-month-old daughter Angel Iris last month (Jun07), but the film producer insists the strain on the announcement hasn't had any effect on his relationship with Edmonds.She says, "I did hear about the false rumour. That is absolutely not true." Edmonds added the pair - who began dating last year (06) - were spending their Fourth of July (07) vacation taking a romantic break in Italy.The star's divorce from R&B star Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds was finalised on 22 June (07), after 13 years of marriage.Murphy began dating Spice Girl Melanie Brown in April 2006, Brown already has a child from her marriage to Jimmy Gulzar and Murphy has five children with him ex wife Nicole Mitchell.Murphy publicly ended his relationship with Brown on a Dutch TV show last year after she had announced that she was pregnant with his child.

Throughout the pregnancy Murphy continually denied hat the child was his and that a paternity test would be required to prove he was the child's father.

He was ordered by a court or provide a DNA sample which he did at a clinic in Beverly Hills in June.

When the test came back postive that he was Angel Iris's father
