The Wrestler star was pulled over by the police after he spotted her holding her phone while driving in Los Angeles.
The embarrassed star says: "He was on a bike and I'm sitting there going, 'Why am I pulling over? I can just go. He can't catch me.'"
Evan is rumoured to be dating British actor Jamie Bell after the pair were spotted holding hands in New York over the summer.
