The White Stripes frontman Jack White and his model wife Karen Elson have announced the birth of a baby boy in Tennessee on Tuesday (07Aug07). White and Elson, who have a 15-month-old daughter, Scarlett Teresa, have named the boy Henry Lee White. White's spokeswoman Chloe Walsh says, "The new child and his mother are both feeling very healthy and happy." White married Elson in 2005. White Blood Cells was the first album released by The White Stripes in 2001 but only reached number 58 in the UK charts.Their second album Elephant however was released in 2003 to widespread critical acclaim. It also recieved commercial success by taking the number one spot in the UK album chart and number six on the U.S Billboard chart. The rock act consists of Jack and Meg White for years it was assumed that the duo were brother and sister but it emerged that they had once been married.
