Jason Wahler is in trouble with the police again after he was arrested following a drunken night out in California on Friday (31Jul09).
The former Laguna Beach and The Hills star is alleged to have been kicked out of the Ocean Avenue Brewery in Laguna Beach after he was involved in a brawl with a bouncer.
According to TMZ.com, Wahler managed to sneak back inside and had to be thrown out by security a second time.
But Wahler was not prepared to go without a fight and allegedly removed his shoes and threw them at the bar before punching a bouncer.
He was arrested on suspicion of battery and public intoxication and is now facing a charge for probation violation relating to another drunken incident in 2007.
Wahler had just 11 days of probation left to serve before his latest run in with the law.
