Katy Perry lashes out at an idol for treating her so badly

Katy Perry has hurled a foul-mouthed tirade on a former heroine who treated her badly when she first arrived in LA hungry for fame and music success.

The I Kissed A Girl singer will not name names, but she wants the target of her Rolling Sone magazine rant reads the piece and realises what a terrible person she was.

Perry tells the magazine: "I remember coming to L.A. for the first time and meeting Gwen Stefani and how gracious and wonderful she was, and then meeting another favourite artist of mine and what a c**t she was.

　 "It ruined my dreams of that person, the c**t, and I will always be a fan of the person who was gracious."

It also reminded the star how important it is t be gracious and polite when meeting fans, no matter how she's feeling.

Who knew she had it in her?
