Kevin Costner has urged fans to pray for the health of his sick movie co-star Kelsey GrammerGrammer was hospitalised in New York after feeling faint on Sunday - just a month after he suffered a near-fatal heart attack- and Costner, who co-stars with the former Frasier actor in forthcoming movie Swing Vote, is rousing support for the 53-year-old.He says, "We know something's going on with him. We're thinking good thoughts for him. He's one of our great comedic actors as well as dramatic.
