Kim Kardashian and her family have threatened to take legal action over a beauty product which alledegy uses their family name without consent.
According to a U.S report, the Kardashian clan are fuming over the eyelash product called KardashianLash. The product, a liquid eyeliner that enables the purpose of eyelash growth, is not yet being sold but a petition is going through to trademark the name.
Sarah Ehrlich, the woman behind the product, has reportedly filed the papers but the famous family aren't happy and are planning to fight the petition. The website reports the Kardashians claim the beauty product infringes their own trademarks.
Kim is already embroiled in a legal battle with husband Kris Humphies, who she is famously filing for divorce from after 72 days of marriage.
The Kardashian's have also been in the limelight this weekend after Kourtney announced her pregnancy with on-off boyfriend of four years, Scott Disick.
