Nicole Richie is back at home in Los Angeles after a car crash with a paparazzo put her in hospital on Monday (05Oct09).
 
The socialite was rear-ended by a snapper tailing her through Hollywood and spent several hours at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after the prang.
 
The photographer, Eduardo Arrivebene, was arrested and charged with driving without a license. He has since been released on $1,225 (£817) bail.
 
According to reports, Richie complained of pain following the accident, but declined an ambulance ride to hospital.
 
The Simple Life star is seeking legal action against the snapper.

Another adult was in the car with Nicole, but her two children with partner Joel Madden - 20-month-old daughter Harlow and one-month-old son Sparrow - were not present.
