Owen Wilson's Career Disaster....
Actor Owen Wilson feared never landing a movie role again after his performance in the 1996 movie Bottle Rocket was panned by critics.
Wilson - who co-wrote the movie with director pal Wes Anderson - received the worst results of any Columbia Pictures test preview ever.
And although it initially widely judged to be a flop, it has since become a cult hit.
Anderson says, "Owen thought we were all washed up. He thought it was over. I remember him saying that we had to quickly look for work in advertising, which I really did not want to do. He also kept saying that we needed to distance ourselves from the movie.
