Pregnant Portman thrilled with red carpet baby gift

Pregnant Natalie Portman was nearly brought to tears after a TV crew bought her the gift of a baby replica of her Black Swan ballet costume.

She was presented with the white outfit on the red carpet by Access Hollywood host Billy Bush.

The thrilled star, who went on to win a Best Actress prize at the Beverly Hills ceremony said: "That's really cute... Thank you."
