Bullock Steps Up Split With Marital Home Clear Out

Sandra Bullock has fuelled rumours she has walked out on alleged cheat Jesse James for good, after a furniture removal van was spotted outside her Los Angeles home.

Bullock quit the marital home she shared with James in March (10), just days before tattoo model Michelle McGee went public with claims she had been romanced by the reality TV star for 11 months while he was married to The Blind Side actress.

And on the day the TV mechanic's lawyer told the Associated Press that James was a "broken man" who was desperate to save his ailing marriage, it seems Bullock is making her walk-out official.

TMZ.com reports that a removal van arrived at Bullock's home on Friday afternoon (02Apr10), and stayed for an hour while workers packed up a couch, a love seat, and a large amount of boxes.

James is currently in a rehab centre in Arizona receiving treatment. It has not been confirmed what he is being treated for, but reports speculate he is getting counselling for sex addiction.
