Sandra Bullock wants a cameo role on cosmetic surgery TV drama Nip/Tuck, so she can get free breast implants.The actress became hooked on the show while co-starring with Nip/Tuck actor Julian McMahon in movie Premonition.And she's begging McMahon to help her land a guest spot.Bullock, 42, says, "I love Nip/Tick. I've told Julian I'd like to be a guest on the last ever one and have a complete overhaul starting with these (my breasts). It'd be fun."Meanwhile in other news the actress says she can understand where rumours about a pregnancy came from - she let herself go and put on weight.The actress and new husband Jesse James have been dogged by baby reports since they wed in 2005, and the rumours hit fever pitch at the beginning of the year (07).Bullock denied every report, but now accepts she may have looked like she was with child.She says, "I went through this whole phase where I just didn't work out, and I ate, and I was happy, and I was round.
