Toni Braxton's Las Vegas show costume designer is suing the singer for failing to pay for the outfits.Designer Anthony Franco claims he was commissioned by Braxton and bosses at Liberty Entertainment, Inc. to create a wardrobe for the Unbreak My Heart singer's one-year-old Flamingo Hotel spectacular, Toni Revealed. Franco claims the parties agreed on a price of $35,000 (GBP17,500) and he was paid by cheque. But when he tried to cash in the money, the cheque bounced and then Braxton and her business partners allegedly put a stop to the payment altogether.In his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, Franco claims he was eventually paid $20,000 (£10,000), but he's still awaiting the full amount.Braxton who has had a successful music career, winning six Grammy's, replaced Wayne Newton as the heading act at the Flamingo Hotel.Toni Braxton: Revealed was due to run from August 2006 until March 2007 but has been extended until August 2007.Toni Braxton has become the first African American peformer to have a show enter the top 10 Vegas show's chart.
