Ansel Elgort was reluctant to leave Violetta Komyshan to attend the Sundance Film Festival.
The 'Fault in Our Stars' actor, who recently reunited with his high school sweetheart after their split in August, was spotted saying an emotional goodbye to her at JFK International Airport in New York City on Thursday (22.01.15) shortly after they returned from a romantic trip to Milan Fashion Week.
An eyewitness said: "It was apparent they did not want to leave each other."
The 20-year-old 'Divergent' star gave his girlfriend a long embrace, but "didn't want to show off too much PDA," before he hopped onto another flight to Salt Lake City, Utah, and she returned to her home in Manhattan.
The source also told E! News: "The two looked happy and appeared as if they never split."
The couple ended their relationship because of Ansel's busy working schedule but reunited in December after realising how much they "missed" one another.
A source recently said: "They just missed each other. He thought his schedule was too much to have a girlfriend during, he's been touring nonstop for movies and working on music, but they talked throughout. He didn't really see anyone else seriously while they were split."
