Kourtney Kardashian skipped a family trip to Armenia because she was too "anxious".

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashian' star - who has three children: Mason, five, Penelope, two and three-month-old Reign with her partner Scott Disick - was noticeably missing from her younger sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian trip to the mountainous country.

Captioning a photograph of Khloe, 30, and Kim, 34, in Armenia, she wrote: "I wish I was in Armenia with my sisters on #siblingsday! I didn't end up going to Armenia because it was making me too anxious with three young children.

"I do wish that I could have experienced the trip with my sisters but I do know that we will all go to Armenia together someday. (sic)"

Whilst visiting the country, Kim and Khloe have met with the leader of the country, President Hovik Abrahamyan.

Revealing the meeting on Twitter, Kim posted: "It was an honor to meet the Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan ... He expressed how proud they are that we are proud Armenians and we have not forgotten our roots! #NeverForget (sic)"

The pair - along with Kanye West and the couple's 21-month-old daughter North - also took time to visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial, where they laid flowers to show their respect.
