The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star - who has 19-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - struggles to use the bathroom when she is wearing tight-fitting control garments Spanx.
She admitted: "I always pee all over my Spanx, it's a disaster. They aren't crotchless enough!"
As well as her own toilet troubles, Kim, 33, also admitted her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, is "notorious" for urinating in public.
Speaking to Cara Delevingne for Love magazine, she said: "Kourtney was a little bit notorious for that, actually. I remember we were at the Delano [Hotel] in Miami -- they will probably never let us stay there again -- and she went behind a curtain."
In the raunchy interview, the brunette beauty told the model her favourite sex position is "from the back" and there is no such thing as "too big".
She also confessed to loving being naked, and admitted her husband always wants her to look "sexy".
She said: "I like nudity. Kanye always says, 'Dress sexier.' He's always encouraging."
Despite her curvacious figure, Kim is envious of her 19-year-old half-sister Kendall Jenner's phyique.
She said: "You always want what you can't have.
"I'd love to swap bodies with Kendall for just a week, just to look from that little bit higher up and fit into everything perfectly."
