Ingredients
* 6 egg whites + 4 yolks
* 240g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
* 80g light butter, cubed
* 3 tbsp espresso coffee
* 3 heaped tbsp Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
Method
·Put the chocolate and the butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water to melt
·Remove from heat, then add the coffee and the Granulated Sweetener
·Add the egg yolks and mix well
·Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until very stiff
·Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture
·Pour the mousse into a glass bowl
·Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving
Tip : You can serve the mousse in individual glasses decorated with red fruits.
