This was created by Bar Manager Karina Elias at Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar, which is opening Spring 2012.

Recipe
50ml of Hayman’s London Dry gin enlivened with Mandarin & Cardamom tincture, shaken with  
50ml of guava juice, 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a touch of rose syrup (5ml)
Served in a frozen martini glass with a edible flower as a garnish
