This Cocktail was created as a lighter summer cocktail, with a low calorie content- so is perfect for the summer months when everyone is watching their weight.

Cucumber, cut into 4 thin slices and 1 cucumber stick to garnish
¼ Green, sharp Granny Smith apple, cut into slices
37.5ml Hendrick’s Gin
6ml Homemade sugar syrup (3 parts caster sugar to 1 part water – make simply by stirring and leaving to dissolve)
12.5ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
6ml Manzana Verde liqueur (green apple digestive made by Briottet)
6ml Lemon juice
Muddle the apple and cucumber into the base of a cocktail shaker – really mash them up to release the maximum amount of flavour
Add all of the remaining ingredients with ice then shake well
Strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with 1 cucumber stick and a slice of apple
