Chicken and White Wine stew with Penne pasta, by James Tanner

The final video in this series shows how to make a delicious comfort meal, a chicken and white wine stew with pasta. It's definitely a dish that will be enjoyed in the wintery weather.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Splash of oil
  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinned, cut into 1/2 inch dice
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1 peeled and diced carrot
  • 1 stick peeled and diced celery
  • 125ml dry white wine
  • 300ml chicken stock
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp tarragon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 200g penne pasta
